No one can deny that we live in a society where our looks are constantly scrutinised. Glossy magazines, TV shows and ads bombard us with information about ways to quickly lose weight and achieve perfect bodies. Countless airbrushed photos of celebrities and supermodels make us believe that we won’t be good enough until we get killer abs and skinnier legs.  

I don’t know about you but I’m tired of diets. We only have one body so we need to celebrate it. Instead of torturing ourselves in the pursuit of that ‘perfect’ magazine body, we need to show ourselves some love and appreciate our body’s strength and beauty.
